Zipped out to Utah for a fun weekend in the Wasatch.  Woke up bright and early on Sun morning to tackle Mt. Olympus; a big old peak that towers over the Salt Lake Valley.  Made it up top by 9am sharp.  4,500 foot climb in 3.1 miles…pretty much the equivalent of 5,000 lunges.
