Wild Wednesday

Kirkwood reported 10″ this AM, so it was on like donkey kong.  Turned out to be the best day of the season!  Fresh. Deep.  Light.  Empty.  Lap after lap!

After a great day on the hill, hopped in the car for the ride home.  In about an hour, I went from this:

The weather was nuts and the clouds were crazy, so I hurried home to grab a camera and headed back out to the countryside.  It’s always fun just kind of cruising around looking for stuff that might make a good shot.  The hills and trees are so so green right now.  I didn’t get exactly the results I was hoping for, but it was a fun evening (and day) nonetheless.  NorCal is incredible!

Those countryside pictures are my dream!! A place like that is where I want to move after we are finished with Chicago…where I want to own chicks and raise my little chicks, while Devin fixes people’s feet and makes it home to a picnic under that tree for dinner. Seriously, looking at those pics made me so excited to find a spot of land in the country! Miss you Josh. Glad you had a fun ski/photog day!
